The Journal revealed that the patient was asthmatic and hypertensive and was taking antihypertensive drugs since seven years. Dental history revealed that the patient got extractions done two years ago and a fixed replacement of maxillary missing teeth one year back by a fixed fixed bridge(Image 1). Diagnostic Investigations: along with clinical examination, Photographs, diagnostic casts, radiographs like OPG were advised and it was found that old fixed prosthesis did not abide by the Antes law( image 2).
