Social influencers at Pepperdine are constantly posting on Instagram; this makes Instagram an ideal platform to easily reach those influencers on campus. Using social influencers by targeting them first among the Pepperdine community will generate brand awareness through word-of-mouth. We will do this by following social influencers of the Pepperdine community and provide an alluring asset of Pinnacle through our ads and digital posts. FACEBOOK As the most versatile social media platform, Facebook is the ideal media type for uploading photos, videos, articles, and text. With the majority of Pepperdine University students actively using their account on Facebook due to clubs, social and academic Greek fraternities, friends, and groups; Pinnacle’s active presence on Facebook will generate traffic to the site and customer engagement (Smith 2013). It will provide brand exposure to our primary target market and potential consumers “Liking” our page will stumble upon our articles or posts in their feed, and they might click on it if they find it interesting. We can generate content and get reactions on what they like or do not like. In addition, the social influencers of Pepperdine University among the female population are actively using their account updating photo and statuses while having well over 1,000 friends. The desire to have a unique style of dress helps me feel like I’m fully experiencing my time as a college student. Most students at Pepperdine like to shop at Urban Outfitters or the like because although it is relatively expensive their fashion is up to date and trendy. I’m looking for such qualities in a fashion store, but better prices and more unique because I want my own style. Pinnacle Malibu’s relationship to other product and services is that they offer personal styling, competitive pricing, and seclusion, unlike the other stores in Malibu 2. I have never heard of Malibu Pinnacle Boutique because they have never advertised to me. A few of my friends knew of a yearly sale that was pretty good, but
