I just haven’t had the means or desire to travel out to a boutique shop that nobody has talked about before.   3. I like to go to Urban Outfitters, J Crew and Planet Blue because they are conveniently located near my school. I also like that I can go down to the shopping center and hang out with my friends because the center has more than just fashion stores, there’s food and coffee! 4. To me, Malibu Pinnacle offers a great place to go and get unique fashion that isn’t too trendy for my tastes. It’s friendly and personable unlike the other stores near my college. They offer good prices, not unbelievably good prices but ones that are mid-range between Malibu and further stores in the area. 5. Uniqueness is a great competitive advantage that the other stores near Pepperdine don’t offer. Pinnacle offers a unique store with clothes that allow you to express who you are, not where you shop. 6. Our supporting evidence was obtained through a focus group that allowed us to see the real wants and needs of our target market. Female students at Pepperdine are tired of the offerings at the Country Mart; they want something personal fun and unique, and we believe that Malibu Pinnacle can offer that. 7. As a Pepperdine Student, I like things that are unique, look and consist of quality, and speak my voice. It’s hard to express myself at such a small university that conforms to the same style. An advertisement that told me I could affordably be unique would really speak.
