Preach magazine : autumn issue 32
The theme of our autumn issue of Preach magazine is Disability . What are the challenges and experiences of leading , ministering and preaching with a disability ? What can we think about when preaching to others with a disability ? How can our churches and other places remove barriers ?
This huge subject has multiple perspectives , and we are blessed to have a wide range of voices speaking out in this magazine . You can read an interview with Marsha de Cordova , MP for Battersea , Balham and Wandsworth and vice chair of Christians in Parliament who is registered blind . Rev Dr Helen Paynter focuses on the eunuch ’ s questions ( Acts 8 ) with reference to Isaiah 53 and Deuteronomy 28 . Dr Amy Kenny brings joy and pain alive for us with freshness in her article ‘ My Disabled Body is Divine ’.
With features , columnists , and book reviews all bringing their insight , it ’ s an insightful and rewarding read .
