Tennis is a great form of amusement when you're feeling bored. It doesn't hurt that it's very good for you. For example, it improves your cardiovascular system and your endurance. You're getting fresh air, and getting out of the house more often. Tennis can also improve your hand-eye coordination because you have to be able to aim when you serve. When you serve, there is a box that you have to hit the ball in and it takes a lot of coordination. Even professionals miss the box often during their first serves. Also, when you hit the tennis ball, it has to hit the head of your racket. If the ball misses the head of the racket, you basically miss the whole ball, so you also have to aim the ball to hit the racket. Another way that tennis can improve your hand-eye coordination is by throwing the ball in the air when you serve the ball. Its almost the same thing as when you return the ball against the racket, but this is when you serve the tennis ball in the service

box. When you serve you also need to have good aim because you need to hit the ball while it's in the air to serve. In order to hit the tennis ball well, you need to have a satisfying toss because If the toss is bad, then the entire serve is going to be bad. Before you try to perfect your serve, you need to have a flawless toss so that you can actually hit the tennis ball properly.
