We have come through ups and downs together within that semester. In the beginning, when everyone is fresh, we conducted many crazy ideas from selling drones to producing tracking and security system. Then problems started to emerge from many fields. Playing the role of a marketing manager in the team as well as a green hat thinking person, I have contributed much of my creativity in the marketing task. However, as a person who usually sees problems, which is the black hats person, my head kept coming up with many of worries. Afraid to bother the others as well as afraid to do the work which is not mine, I was lost in my own confusion for a long time.

How stupid my 19-year-old self was at that time? Seriously, I have stuck with my green hats too much and eliminated myself for too long until the team helped me to realize that: Hey! Since we are a team, so then we need to talk to each other, even fight. Of course, we did not fight but we did give each other the objective opinion and with which, plus so many hard-working days, the team even ranked first for the best booth in virtual companies’ trade fair.

One of the most precious moments that I have in that course was the thirty seconds before teacher giving out the assignment which makes us randomly choosing the position of the booth. And the quicker get the better. I have just worried about it from the previous night and when the time comes, I quickly described and summarized the advantages of each position for the leader of our team and together we choose the booth first from all of the team in just 3 seconds. Too fast, too furious. Now I know that, hats could be wear but could be given up and changed to another one also. It’s the best way to work in a team.
