Smoked Paprika:
Paprika is a ground spice made
from capsicums (bell peppers,
sweet peppers).
You can get a wide variety of
Paprika from sweet, mild to hot
and spicy. Smoked paprika is best
for adding a lovely smoky flavour
to vegan dishes without the use of
liquid smoke.
T VP:
Textured vegetable protein, also
known as TVS, textured soy
protein, soy meat or soya chunks.
It’s a defatted soy flour product, a
by product of extracting soy oil.
Its great for vegans as it’s a
credible meat analogue, its quick
to cook and is high in protein.
Agar:

like substance, obtained from
algae. Agar is the vegan

calories, no carbs, no sugar, no fat
and is loaded with fiber.

liquid used for flavoring. Its made
by concentrating the smoke from
