You will need:
½ cup of Coconut Oil slightly
softened
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
½ cup custard powder
2 tsp Baking POWDER
1/3 cup icing sugar
1/3 cup icing sugar (extra)
Pulp of Passion fruit
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
2. Using electric beater, cream
the coconut oil and sugar till
creamy.
3. Add the baking powder,
Flour and Custard Powder,
mix well.
4. Roll into balls and put onto
baking tray.
5. Bake for 20 mins or till
golden.
6. Allow to cool completely.
7. Mix icing sugar and passion
fruit pulp into firm paste and
join biscuits together.
