You will need:
150ml of Coconut Oil slightly
softened
1/3 cup white sugar
½ cup condensed milk (I have used
coconut)
1 ½ cups of All Purpose Flour
3 tsp Baking POWDER
½ cup chopped nuts (I have used
peanuts)
½ cup of dark chocolate chips
(check ingredients to ensure vegan)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
2. Using electric beater, cream
the coconut oil and sugar till
creamy.
3. Beat in the condensed milk.
4. Add the baking powder and
Flour, mix well.
5. Then manually fold in the
nuts and chocolate chips.
6. Roll into balls and put onto
baking tray, allowing plenty
of room for spreading.
7. Bake for 15 mins or till
golden.
