You will need: 1 cup of all purpose/cake flour 2 tsp baking POWDER 1 T of cocoa 1 tsp vanilla 2 T of coconut oil ½ cup sugar ½ cup non dairy milk ½ cup brown sugar 1 T of cocoa 1 ¼ cups of boiling water Method: 1. Preheat oven to 190 Celsius. 2. Mix all ingredients (except brown sugar, second lot of cocoa and boiling water) mix to a nice smooth batter. 3. Pour into oven proof baking dish. 4. Sprinkle brown sugar and second lot of cocoa on top of pudding, then pour the boiling water over. 5. Bake for 45 mins. Adapted from a non vegan recipe in Cookery the Australian Way Cookbook
