You will need:

4 large vegan sausages * 2 T of Oil ¾ cup all purpose flour 1T chic pea flour 250ml soy milk Pinch of salt

Method:

1. Pre heat oven to 200 Celsius.
2. Cover bottom of small baking dish with oil and heat for 10 mins.
3. Place in sausages and bake for 10 mins.
4. In the meantime mix the batter: whisk the flours, and milk together till smooth batter is archived. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
5. Pour half the batter over the sausages and bake for further 10 mins.
6. Add remaining batter and bake for 40-50mins or till crispy.
