You will need: 6 Onions sliced 2 T of coconut oil 6 tsp of vegetable stock powder 5 cups of water Salt and Pepper to taste Method: 1. Fry onion in oil till soft and slightly browned. 2. Add water and stock powder. 3. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat simmering for 20 minutes. 4. Serve with crusty vegan bread. Adapted from a non vegan recipe in an Australian Women's Weekly Cookbook
