You will need: 200-300g of soft tofu crumbled or mashed ½ large carrot grated 1 x thumb sized piece of ginger grated Big splash of sweet chili sauce Rice flour (or thickening agent of your choice) Method: 1. Mix all ingredients together, adding flour as needed to thicken to doughy consistency. 2. Shape into patties and shallow fry till golden brown each side 3. Serve with a light salad and more sweet chili sauce. Originally invented by my Friend Kimberly.
