You will need:
4 cups of grains (I use mixture of
rolled oats and puffed wheat)
2 cups nuts (I use mixture of
cashews, peanuts and walnuts)
1 cup dried fruits (I use coconut
flakes and banana chips)
¾ cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
¾ cup coconut oil
¾ cup palm sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 150 Celsius.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. In small saucepan melt coconut
oil and sugar together, adding
vanilla.
4. Pour over dry ingredients and
mix thoroughly.
5. Spread as thinly as possible onto
baking trays and cook for 60
mins, stirring at 30 mins.
6. Its optional to stir at the end of
cooking, but if you like chunks,
don’t stir again.
7. Let cool and store in airtight
container.
