MMA events are broadcasted regional, local, and national TV, with the most noticable being UFC's Fight Night being broadcasted on FOX every month. Pay-per-view events can be purchased online or by phone and can be viewed through any device.
Online Streaming
The UFC has started a online streaming service similar to Netflix. For $9.99 a month, the viewer gets on demand access to original programming, UFC created TV shows, a semi-comprehensive fight library, and non pay-per-view live events.
The popularity of MMA has risen, coincidentally, with the popularity decline of professional wrestling. In recent years, MMA's pay-per-view buys have rivaled that of professional wrestling's and surpassed boxing PPV buys for half a decade.
