KEYS PARK GROUND REGULATIONS HEDNESFORD TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB GROUND REGULATIONS Hednesford Town Football Club takes the safety and security of all supporters very seriously and works closely with all appropriate authorities to ensure that people can watch matches at Keys Park stadium in a safe environment and enjoyable atmosphere. Against Discrimination The Club does not tolerate discrimination of any sort, on the pitch or in the stands. If you experience any form of discrimination, help the Club to eliminate it from football by reporting it to a steward. Notice: Entry to the Ground is expressly subject to acceptance by the visitor of these Ground Regulations and the rules and regulations of, the Football Association, The Skrill Conference North, Birmingham County Football Association and Staffordshire Football Association in respect of the relevant competition. Entry to the Ground shall constitute acceptance of the Ground Regulations. “Acceptable Behaviour Agreement” means a formal agreement requiring an individual to confirm that their behaviour will not be such as to damage the name or reputation of the Club or lead to complaints from anyone about their conduct. "Ground" means Keys Park football stadium and all locations owned, occupied or utilised by the Club. "Club" means Hednesford Town Football Club. "Match" means any football match taking place at the Ground. TICKETS 1. All persons entering the Ground must pay for admission or hold a valid match ticket. 2. Tickets are not transferable and may not be offered for sale without the prior written permission of the Club. Any tickets offered for sale may be confiscated by any steward, officer of the Club or police officer. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject from the Ground any person who has transferred their ticket in contravention of ticket terms and conditions. Tickets remain the property of the Club at all times. 3. All persons entering the Ground may only occupy the seat or part of the Ground allocated to them by their ticket and must not move from any one part of the Ground to another without the express permission or instruction of any steward, officer of the Club and/or any police officer. REFUSAL OF ENTRY / EJECTION 4. Notwithstanding possession of any ticket the Club, any police officer or authorised steward may refuse entry to (or eject from) the Ground any person: 4.1 that fails (or in the Club's reasonable opinion is likely to fail) to comply with these Ground Regulations or any reasonable instruction issued by a police officer or authorised steward; and/or 4.2 whose presence within the Ground is, or could (in the Club's reasonable opinion), constitute a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person; and/or 4.3 who fails to enter into an Acceptable Behaviour Agreement in such form as the Club may require, or who breaches the terms of any such agreement previously entered into. 5. On no account will admission be granted to a person who is the subject of a current Banning Order under the Football Spectators Act 1989 (as amended) or a Banning Order issued by the Club. 6. At all times whilst present in the Ground, persons must comply with any and all instructions of any steward or officer of the Club and/or any police officer. Failure to comply with any instruction may lead to immediate ejection from the Ground. 7. Refused entry to (or ejection from) the Ground may lead to further action by the Club including, but not limited to, the withdrawal of any season ticket (without reimbursement) and other benefits. 8. There is no re-admission to the Ground. RESPONSIBILITY 9. The Club excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the Ground. 10. Responsibility for minors remains at all times with a parent or guardian. POSTPONEMENTS / ABANDONMENT 11. No guarantees can be given by the Club that a Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date and the Club reserves the right to reschedule the Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. 12. Unless competition rules state otherwise, in the event of the postponement or abandonment of the Match, refunds (if any) will be made, failing that the Club will give out a voucher whereby the paying customer for that fixture can attend the rescheduled fixture free of charge if this game is abandoned before the half time interval. In the event that the Match is abandoned during or after the half time interval the Club is not obliged to issue a voucher. 13. For the avoidance of doubt in the event of the postponement or abandonment the Club will have no other liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, such as (but not limited to) loss of enjoyment or travel costs. SEARCHES 14. All persons seeking entrance to the Ground acknowledge the Club's right to search any person entering the Ground and to refuse entry to or eject from the Ground any person refusing to submit to such a search. 15. Any article that might be used as a weapon, be deemed to be offensive or abusive, or compromise public safety, or be prohibited from use in the Ground will be confiscated and or reported to the police. Persons in possession of the aforementioned will be refused entry to the Ground. PROHIBITED ARTICLES 16. The following articles must not be brought within the Ground – knives, fireworks, smoke canisters/smoke devices, air-horns, vuvuzelas, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, glass bottles, glass vessels, poles, frisbees, skates, skateboards, marker pens, spray paint and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the Ground. 17. Devices capable of causing a disturbance
