They want to feel as though they are in control of events and circumstances, and they desire to experience this at a moment’s notice without repercussions. Achievement Orientation People want certainty that they can and will obtain their most cherished goals and objectives as soon as possible. These are the goals that are aligned with their highest values and personal needs. They will be persuaded once you have cleared the obstacles from their path.
