Practice this exercise, several times a day. When you have mastered
it, you will be able to reach this relaxed state almost instantaneously:
Count in your head from 10 to 1.

carrying out the second sequence
carrying out the 3rd sequence.
By slowly pronouncing 10 — 9 — 8 — 7 up to 1, you will attain the
required state of relaxation. Count one month of exercise to reach
this automatic mastery.
2. Cleaning the Subconscious

techniques for cleaning your subconscious from all the negative
beliefs which are coming from your past.
