1. Image Resource and Relaxation
We shall show you how to create your image resource and how to
use it for relaxing but before going any further, you have to find out
your preferred sensory method.
1.1 Discover your best sensory method
Anyone has a preferred method of perception: people are indeed
above all sensitive:
either to what they see (visual)
or to what they hear (auditory)
or what they feel or touch.
To determine your preferred method of perception, you will make
the following exercise.
