5. Increase self esteem by focusing on appreciation. People who
have higher self esteem and self-worth usually have higher levels of
confidence, so when you visualize yourself in that situation, focus on
that you as a friend, someone you would like to help and encourage.
Allow that you to begin to appreciate all of the amazing qualities of
you. For example, if you would like more dating confidence,
imagine seeing yourself through the eyes of someone who loves you
and admires you. Focus on all of your strengths and imagine what
your future partner may appreciate and love about you.
