It's time to relax and enjoy the mental creation of your goals. In
taking that short time to relax and trust that your right brain is doing
the hard work, you will find that the benefits are that when you
return to this manual, your mind will be more alert, clear, and the
flow of good ideas should come more easily.
7. Just before you want to end your session, take a few more deep
breaths and picture yourself re-climbing the imaginary staircase and
gradually becoming aware of your surroundings. Open your eyes,
stretch, smile and go on with your day.
