Step 1: Log into SU Now Portal
Step 2: Scroll down to WebXpress for Students
Step 3: Choose Residence Life
Step 4: Choose Housing Selection
Step 5: Click Housing Deposit - Pay Online (credit card only)
Step 6: Fill out information and click Submit
Turn in Roommate Agreement Card
All residents are required to be on a roommate agreement card; whether they are single and random
or part of a complete or incomplete group. Residents may only be on one (1) card and only one
(1) card may be submitted per group. As a group decide who will be submitting the card on
WebXpress. As a reminder, residents must be in complete groups of 4 or 6 to participate in housing
selection. Students in incomplete groups (1, 2, 3, or 5) are still required to submit a roommate
agreement card and will be placed after complete groups have selected. You will have access to edit
(add or remove students) the card until the deadline. Due: 3/26/18
Instructions for person submitting card:

Step 6: Add the email addresses of students you want to live with and click “create a card”
Step 7: Verify students name listed is who you want to live with
Step 8: Choose Room Style Preference for group (this is not a guarantee)
Step 9: If incomplete group, or single, check the box verifying you are an incomplete group.”
Step 10: Accept the Card and click “update”
Step 11: Contact students you added to group and instruct them to check their email and accept
or deny the invite
If you are a group of one, do not list any emails. Click
“create a card” and continue with steps to submit card.
remember- only one person from your group
should be creating the card; not everyone!
