Update Emergency Contact A condition of residing on campus is providing Residence Life & Housing with updated emergency contact information each year so that in the event of an emergency we can contact your family. You will have the option to add an Emergency Contact as well as a Missing Person Contact. Due: 3/2/18 Step 1: Log into SU Now Portal Step 2: Scroll down to WebXpress for Students Step 3: Choose Residence Life Step 4: Choose Housing Selection Step 5: Click Missing Student Emer Contacts Step 6: If you already have a contact please review the information listed. Once done click “confirm”. You can also add a new contact by clicking “add new contact”. Fill out information for new contact. Be sure to click if this person is your Emergency Contact, Missing Person Contact or both. Click “Add Contact” when finished Step 7: Click “Confirm” once done editing Click Confirmed when done You Must add at least one Emergency Contact Pay Housing Deposit All returning residents are required to pay the $200 non-refundable housing deposit to secure their spot in housing for the 2018-2019 academic year. Beginning Thursday, February 1st you or your family can make the housing deposit payment. Deposits can be paid by check via mail to (Office of Residence Life, 100 Campus Circle, Owings Mills, MD 21117) or by credit card via the Housing Selection page on WebXpress. If paying by check please include the Student ID number on the check. Failure to pay this deposit by the deadline will prevent you and your group from participating in housing selection and or from being placed in housing. Due: 3/26/18 13
