Step 1: Check for email inviting you to card and follow instructions in email Step 2: Accept or decline invitation in WebXpress Step 3: Click update on card
Students must choose one and click“ update”
Students will be able to check the requirement status of everyone on the card by clicking their Roommate Agreement card. Please communicate with everyone to make sure they meet all requirements so that your card can go through selection. We suggest you check the status of your card daily.
Step 3: Choose Housing
All complete groups who have met all the deadlines will receive a housing selection lottery number, date, and time in their Stevenson e-mails on Wednesday, April 4th. During your selection time one representative from your group will come to the Ratcliffe Community Center to select your housing for the 2018-2019 academic year. Your representative should come with the following information:
• An idea of what buildings and bedrooms( A, B, C, D) you and your group would like to live in; and what pairs will share a bedroom. Please have a list of options as your first choice( s) may not be available.
• The Student ID numbers of every student on your roommate card
