our senior boy champ Will Tidswell helped us receive a substantial amount of points . At the end of the day we were awarded third place at the 2020 Athletics .
After the two big sporting events it was time to put our brains together for the inter-house quiz . With some ������������������������������������������������������� that we could compete with the current winning houses . There were many tough questions and equations that the Tainuian ’ s worked out together and solved effectively . and retain it for years to come . From your house leaders and on behalf of all leaving Tainui students this year , we wish you all the best in your future endeavours and are extremely happy to say that we were members of Tainui House .

We are extremely proud of Tainui this year in how they performed in all house events and competitions . The healthy competition from Miro , Rata and Kauri provided an intense race for the Patu this year which we enjoyed thoroughly . We ’ d love to thank Ms Hargreaves for the hard work she has put in during her time as Tainui Head of House and we wish her all the best in her new role at the school . We would also like to thank and congratulate Mr Bradshaw for stepping into his new role as Head of Tainui House for this year . We look forward to hearing about all the successful things he will do for Tainui in the future . We also appreciate all the work that goes behind the scenes from our House Tutor Mr Lloyd as well as all Tainui staff members . Our advice to up and coming Tainuians is to get involved and always have fun . Being a member of Tainui House is an honour and we hope that those coming forward can claim the Patu next year
