Steps to Create YOUR Vision Board
1. Prepare by gathering all supplies you will need: Poster board, scissors, glue, tape,
magazines, online images etc.
2. Set aside time and a quiet space: Give yourself 1-2 hours to complete your project.
Avoid distractions such as television or your phone. Listen to inspiring music.
3. Reflect on where you're at now, and where you want to be in your life. Envision
your future and all the positive things it has in store.
4. Flip through your inspiring magazines and cut or tear out any pictures that
inspire you, or that represent your vision and goals.
5. Glue or tape images, words, quotes on your vision board. There is no right or
wrong way of doing this! Create a collage of motivation! Optional: Place an image
of yourself in the center of the board.
6. Hang in a place where you will be able to see it and be reminded of your personal
vision on a daily basis!
