Savory Muesli Protein Muffins
Recipe provided by Hitch Fit Transformer Sara Sutherland
Preheat ove to 375 degrees. Makes 18
2 cups Muesli
1.5 cups Almond Flour
1 Egg
3/4 cups Coconut Oil
5 Yucky Bananas
1 tsp Baking Soda
1.5 tsp Cinnamon
.5 tsp Fine Sea Salt
.5 tsp Ground Allspice
6 scoops Magnum Quattro Pure & Simple
Mix the muesli, almond flour, baking coda, cinnamon, sea salt, ground allspice
and Quattro together in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg, melted coconut oil and bananas together until
smooth. Slowly pour into dry mixture and stir together
Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray and fill each cup 3/4 full with batter
Place into oven on middle shelf and bake for 12-15 minutes
