The much-loved Orange Blossom Festival ( OBF ) will return to The Hills Shire in September 2024 , with a new and exciting food event scheduled for Wisemans Ferry .
A Taste of Wisemans will pop up in Wisemans Ferry Park on Sunday 29 September , celebrating the best food , wine and produce from local businesses in the rural north of the Shire and along the Hawkesbury River .
The month-long celebration of The Hills Shire kicks off with the OBF Night Markets at Castle Hill Showground on Saturday 7 September , and continues with the

OBF Parade at Rouse Hill Town Centre on Saturday 21 September .
Mayor of The Hills Shire Dr Peter Gangemi said Council was delighted to expand the OBF offering to three major events , supported by community-led favourites like the Kenthurst Fair and Rotary Club of Hills-Kellyville Garden Competition .
“ Orange Blossom Festival is the largest annual event in The Hills , and I ’ m delighted to see it becoming bigger and better with an exciting new event at Wisemans Ferry ,” Mayor Gangemi said .
“ The OBF Night Markets will feature

a very special guest performing live to a crowd of revellers at the Showground , who will also enjoy food trucks , rides , activations and much more .
“ The OBF Parade will see thousands descend on Rouse Hill Town Centre to create a carnival-like atmosphere and a fun day out for the family .
“ A Taste of Wisemans will be a foodie ’ s heaven , with local producers , wineries , distilleries , seafood merchants and food vendors offering an outstanding array of choices within the stunning surroundings of Wisemans Ferry Park .

A range of OBF Associated Events organised and delivered by community groups will also be held throughout September as part of the month-long festival .
