In order to alleviate hemorrhoids, it is important that your body learns how to
easily evacuate its waste. If you can not pass your stool within two minutes,
there may be a problem. The entire toilet sitting should take no longer than 5-6
minutes. Otherwise, you are at risk of developing hemorrhoids.

As we have already discussed, there are a lot of things that can cause the veins
in your anus to become irritated and inflamed. That, of course, does not mean
that you will actually get hemorrhoids if you experience some of these causing
