Directors Elected for 3-Year Terms Sherry Jones Rick Rehmeier David Stubblefield Jared Wareham FCS Financial members recently elected two incumbent and two new directors through a mail ballot. The directors’ term begin in June and they will serve a three-year term. The incumbent directors are Sherry Jones of Dawn, Mo., and Rick Rehmeier of Augusta, Mo. The new directors are David Stubblefield of Alton, Mo., and Jared Wareham of Deepwater, Mo. Stubblefield replaces Stacy Hambelton who served for three year and Wareham replaces Mike Bruce who served for 15 years. Jones, 57, and her husband Charles have two children. They own 1,500 acres and rent an additional 1,500 acres. The family farm consists of a commercial Angus cow-calf backgrounding and finishing operation in addition to raising corn, soybeans, wheat, alfalfa and hay. She is a graduate of University of Central Missouri (UCM) with a degree in marketing and finance. She currently serves as president of Livingston County Farm Bureau. Jones is also a board member of the Missouri Agriculture and Small Business Development Authority and the Missouri State Fair Commission. She was employed 22 years with Bank Midwest and served nine years on the Missouri Farm Bureau Board of Directors. Jones is a member and serves on the finance committee of Calvary Baptist Church. She has served on the FCS Financial Board of Directors since 2012. Jones represents Carroll, Chariton, Grundy, Linn, Livingston, Mercer and Sullivan counties. Rehmeier, 60, is a fifth generation farmer. He and his wife Benita have two children and five grandchildren. Rehmeier is president and part owner of Rehmeier Farms, a family operation that consists of 2,300 acres for raising corn, soybeans and wheat and marketing 20,000 hogs annually.
