First things first. What's a fitness barrier? Well, it's simply an obstacle that prevents you from reaching your fitness goals. It's not a hidden fact, teens are lazy, especially in this day and age. It is for this reasons that most barriers are typical excuses. These reasons include things like not having enough time, believing exercise is boring and even the simple admittance of laziness. Well, there are ways to combat such an inconvenience. First, you need to understand that long term goals are not achievable without short term goals. Teens often give up because they see no instant improvement and the reality is, YOU NEED TO WORK! It takes time and effort but so long as you follow a schedule of short term goals, you WILL reach your long term goal. It is also important to know your schedule. Maybe you have time to get up earlier and do your workout then. There are ways to combat these barriers, you just simply need to be the change you want to see.
