place them in the fridge for
12 hours in small cups.
2 Serve topped with red
currants and lemon zest.
refreshing and sweet. The balance
is perfect and so easy to make. I can
eat tons of this and I also have a
version with raspberries, or cocoa,
but this one is really my fave!
