How nutritious!
In this case I used blackberries
from the Noosa Farmers Market,
and Natural yoghurt from Maleny
Dairies. Those of you that know me know that I’m such a fan of yogurt due to
its high calcium content, protein, and good bacteria for our digestive system!
Blackberries provide wonderful antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fibre.
YUMMY YOGURT & BLACKBERRY BITES

| Makes as many as you like
Fresh full cream yogurt
Fresh blackberries (or fruit of choice)
1 Simply dip fresh fruit into some yogurt, place on a
tray and freeze.
2 After about 1 hour, take them out and re-dip into the
yogurt to add another layer and pop back into the
freezer.
