Finding your baseline of steps (more on this later) is your first goal.

This will allow you to begin increasing your steps gradually and safely. This will make the process of increasing daily movement more manageable, improve your chances of long term success, and decrease risk of injury.

On page 8, we will instruct you on how to discover your baseline and select your movement habit baby step.

It depends on your unique starting point. Most have heard of the 10,000 step daily goal. That's a lot! It's a great goal to strive for, however it's unrealistic to think you can jump to that number right out of the gate.
