Why Focus on Movement?
God designed our bodies to require movement. It's not optional if we want to live a Healthy Free Life. It's a vital component. Our metabolism is built on movement. Up to 15% of our daily calorie burn is made up of our daily movement. It's actually a much bigger mover of our metabolism than exercise.
