IMMEDIATE REWARD: Listening to upbeat music or worship music can be fun! Do something you enjoy right after (i.e. read a fiction book for 15 minutes).

Let's have some fun & stay accountable! Every Friday, there will be a "Share Your Tracker"post in the Academy community forum. Post a photo of your tracker in the comments of the "Share" post at least 2 times in the month and be entered in a prize drawing. Drawing held and winners notified the beginning of the next month! Tracker located on page 15.
USE HABIT TRACKER: Print out Habit Tracker (next page) to track your progress daily. Simply check the boxes to indicate the days you achieved your habit goal. (Tracker tutorial video found top of p 14.)
ACCOUNTABILITY: Every Friday, post a photo of your Habit Tracker. Consider asking a friend to join you in your habit adventure.
