REDUCE FRICTION: What do you need to do to ensure that you are able to exercise? Get up 30 minutes earlier? Go to bed earlier?

Keep all your equipment & workout shoes in the same spot where you work out. Lay out your workout clothes for the morning. Or wear them to bed! Or just wear your pjs to work out!

How to Make it Easy w/ Examples

PREP ENVIRONMENT: Purchase your bands or gather your weights. Place equipment and shoes and socks in a basket where you will work out.

2-MINUTE RULE: The very first 2 minute step is simply to just do the warm-up. (Yes, seriously, this is all you do.) I promise that if you struggle with working out consistently and the thought of working out is overwhelming, just committing to this 2 minute habit will change everything for you!
