REDUCE FRICTION: Water everywhere! If it is out of sight, it is out of mind. A water bottle should always be within reach. Bring water with you whenever you leave the house. Keep filled water bottles in fridge to grab & go.
How to Make it Easy
PREP ENVIRONMENT: Fill water bottles the night before or morning of. I fill a 64 ounce Mason jar right after I drink my first 8 ounces of water in the morning. I am half asleep and literally lean my head on the fridge as I fill my water jug for the day. That jug sits on my counter all day as a reminder. My goal is to empty it by the end of the day.
2-MINUTE RULE: The very first 2 minute step is to drink 8 -16 ounces of water upon waking.
