Let's have some fun & stay accountable! Every Friday in January in the Healthy Free Life Academy Facebook group, there will be a "Share Your Tracker"post. Post a photo of your tracker in the comments of the "Share" post at least 2 times in January and be entered in a prize drawing. Drawing held and winners notified on February 1st! USE HABIT TRACKER: Print out Habit Tracker (next page) to track your progress daily. Simply "x" or initial or use stickers to indicate the days you drank your designated amount of water.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Every Friday, post a photo of your Habit Tracker. Consider asking a friend to join you in your habit adventure.
