The Glorious Food Revival is the main teaching component of eating the Healthy Free Life way.
Each lesson in the Revival has its own Success Path. You will not get to the end of the Success Path in every lesson the first time through the Revival.
That is why it is designed for you to go through it again and again, taking the next step on the Success Path.
Most of the habit success paths are designed to go in a particular order. While breakfast is a great place to start for most everyone (which is Step 1 of the EAT habit- see p. 8), you can choose to work on any of the meals next (lunch,
dinner, or snack).
Once you choose which step you will work on this month, use the Revival lessons to help you eat your glorious meal throughout the month.
For example, let's say you chose Step 4- to focus on
eating a glorious food dinner daily.
Which Revival lesson can you use to eat a more nutritious dinner? Will you add in a green to your dinners? Will you upgrade a carb for your dinners? Will you eat more protein at dinner?
Or perhaps you want to use the HFL recipes, either in the Recipes section or in the Easy Eats bundles.
Speaking of Easy Eats, if you are struggling to eat glorious meals consistently, meal planning can be so helpful. Even just planning one meal type, such as dinners, can be an amazing first step to meal planning.
