REDUCE FRICTION: a) Weekly (pick specific date & time and schedule it), make individual smoothie packs to put in freezer by adding all ingredients, except liquid, to a Ziplock bag and store in freezer. Then combine 1 freezer pack and desired liquid to a blender and blend. b) Working on lunch? Make the "Big Batch Salad" weekly.
c) Use the Healthy Free U, done-for-you menu plans and grocery lists (see Recipe Section).
How to Make it Easy - Examples
