How to Make it Easy
PREP ENVIRONMENT: Keep all of your activity tools in one, convenient, obvious spot.
2-MINUTE RULE: The very first 2 minute step is simply to complete the breathing exercise one or more times per day (found on "Resource" page). (Yes, seriously, this is all you do.) I promise that if you struggle with stress or struggle carving out time for you, committing to this 2-minute habit will help you experience stress relief!
