Make it Satisfying

If there is a reward associated with a behavior—that is, it feels good and has a satisfying ending—then we have a reason to repeat it in the future. This gives your brain a little treat as you await the delayed health benefits of your new habit.

IMMEDIATE REWARD: Honestly, these activities in themselves should be plenty of reward for your brain to say... I liked that, let's do that again. But if you need to add another reward at the end of your activity, what could that be for you?
