10 Small Steps to your New Year’ s Resolution

1. Drink more water Often times when you think you are hungry you are actually just thirsty. Also drinking more water will also make you feel and look great!
2. One step at a time
If your new year’ s resolution is to hit the gym more there is no point in aiming to go 6 times a week straight off the bat. It’ s just not going to happen. Try aim for just once a week for 3 weeks before thinking of increasing it anymore.
3. Go with a friend
Going with a friend not only makes the gym / exercising a lot more fun, but by committing to meeting your friend makes it harder for you to back out.
4. Treat yo self
Promising to yourself that you are going to eat NO BAD FOODS EVER
AGAIN, is really counter-productive. However, treating yourself once in a while to your fav foods( all the cheese for me) is going to work a lot more.
5. If you fall off the bandwagon don’ t burn it down
One bad meal or missing one gym session isn’ t going to ruin it all. Setbacks happen and giving up isn’ t going to help anyone.
