Hello. My name is Andra Maghear and I would like to help you start a new, healthier life. As a person who
hated any type of sports and physical activities, I understand how hard it is to find the determination of
making the change you need in order to have a healthier lifestyle, so if you’re not a fan of sports, if you give
up easily on doing exercises, I recommend you to go to fitness classes. This made me love going to the gym
and it made me feel like I am in a loving and supporting environment which is extremely important in the
process of starting a new life. When you go to fitness classes there are around 30-40 other people in the class
with you and this can make understand that you are not the only “non-active” person and there are also lots
of people in your situation. Because you’re always around people, you can always make friends that will help
you and encourage you when you feel like giving up. Every class has a trainer and the trainer’s job is to show
you the exercises and help you do them correctly. The trainer is usually also the one that keeps you motivated
and encourages you to give the best. If you feel uncomfortable doing exercises around other people, you can
choose an “only girls/boys gym” and if this isn’t enough, you can do some jogging in your spare time or try
some exercises at home. Be careful not to injury yourself while doing the exercises and to do them in the right
way in order to achieve the results you are dreaming about. Never forget that doing exercises can change your

but also in the sense of mental support. There are many ways to do sports and we don't have to go to the gym
