a small but big meal. Increase your food intake. Prefer foods with less calories than portions. Reduce the
variety of flavors in meals. Don't starve yourself. Do more exercise and eat immediately after. Use smaller
plates. For a glass of water before each meal. For plenty of soup before dinner. Sleep more. Little sleep
increases appetite and increases the risk of gaining weight.

If we want to be healthy we need to eat very much fruits and vegetables and to forget the sweets. Sugar makes
us fatter and if you are young this is not very good.
We should also drink very much water every day. All fizzy drinks, like Coca cola but also Nestea must be
avoided because they have very much sugar and they affect the health very much. If you want to drink juice,
make natural juice at home from fruits. Eat vegetables or fruits salad which is made fresh by you.
I want to change a few things in my life. The first would be to reduce the number of soda bottles i drink. NOW
I drink approximately 5 bottles of soda per week. MY TARGET is to reduce it to JUST ONE!
