Very few respondents gave high scores on this question . Some 3.8 % said preparations were “ excellent ,” and 13.8 % gave a rating of “ very good .” In contrast , the greatest percentage — 41.1 %— gave a “ fair ” rating ; 10.3 % gave a “ poor ” rating .
The conclusion is that most healthcare leaders do not feel the industry is as prepared as it could have been to face the challenges of the upcoming decade .
