Mediterranean Diet:

In this diet, the food is consumed from places with Mediterranean climate as its name indicates. The amount of meat and carbohydrates is reduced and more importance is given to the fish, vegetables, fruits and unsaturated fats.

We can say that it is the most famous diet due to the benefits they provide to health. As was said earlier, the benefits are more significant if you combine the diet with physical exercise.

Maybe it is the most known diet. It is due to the great help for people who are obese or who simply are not satisfied with their physical characteristics. All others are difficult to maintain constantly but if you propose you will be able

to feel at ease with yourself. This diet presents different variants:

1- Low carbohydrate diets.

2- Low-fat diets.

3- Low-calorie diets.

4- Protein diets, low in

carbohydrates.
