Type of diets:

There are several types of diets because people have different

tastes and goals. The diets are also designed for those who cannot

eat the same food as others. Because of this they are varied.

Vegetarian Diet:

It is made by all the people who want to eat food of vegetal origin, or food that it need not to kill animal for it. Generally, these people will eat everything except fish and meat. This diet is mainly based on legumes, fruits, vegetables,

cereals, soybeans, etc...

Vegan Diet:

It is located within the vegetarian diet but it is even more strict. Vegan people also exclude from their diet aliments derived from animals such as dairy products or honey. This diet is carried out mainly for ethical or

environmental reasons, more and more supermarkets include these foods.
