there are many bad postural habits that we constantly do, without realizing it. If we all continue to make these mistakes, our health will be harmed in the future. The pains that these bad habits present are the following:

Lumbar pain: A very common pain in people who have bad postural habits, is in the lower back. This is due to being badly seated for a long time, or standing with a stooped back. Many of us without realizing it are constantly running and walking with our backs hunched.

This is another very common pain, since it is produced by being a long time looking forward. It is very common because we spend many hours watching TV, looking our mobile phones, or even attending a teacher.
